This page covers connecting Pro Tools with ControlRoom Hub.
ControlRoom Hub is a lightweight easy-to-use Mac/PC application that runs on your DAW computer. You can use the Hub to configure your ControlRoom settings and map MIDI controls for your DAW. The Hub is the middleman between your VR headset and your DAW, facilitating all the necessary two-way communication over your local wifi network.
The ControlRoom VR Console works as a HUI control surface in Pro Tools. Follow the steps below to configure the HUI connection to Pro Tools.

2. Go to your device manager, find the duplicate MIDI ports under the sound, video, and game controller section, and disable the duplicate ports. 3. Restart your computer if required. |

Now that both the Hub and Pro Tools are configured, you are ready to Connect. If you aren’t there already, navigate to the DAW subpage within Settings (gear icon), and click Connect. You should see the DAW connection indicator light turn green. If not, review previous steps to ensure your settings are correct. |
Ensure you have installed the Hub/Plugins and the VR app, and connected VR to the Hub.
